Big Social Media Push Incoming

If you enjoy my content and use social media - make sure you're following me on

I'm going to be producing a lot more short-form content on these platforms moving forward to balance out the high-level stuff I'm putting out on in the main codex guides.

I've tried shortform social media pushes in the past, but I could never really dial into something that felt really authentic or useful to my audience. It always felt a chore or something that was just a soulless business mechanic where I was trying to go viral and get eyeballs.

This week I spent a lot of time figuring out a workflow that I think actually feels pretty enjoyable to do myself AND I think will be legitimately useful for anyone interested in my stuff.

Make sure to let me know what you think!

Codex Update

This week I published the lesson "Controlling Your Heart During Cravings" which for is going to be an absolute game changer for may guys.

The simple technique I teach in this one is probably my most used technique for handling life PERIOD and likely the main reason I've been able to stay clean from PMO since 2013.

The next lesson is going to be delving into understanding and breaking free from fetishes. If you've got a particular type of porn you're hooked on and have trouble fully leaving behind... then make sure not to miss this one.

Community Update

The Command Center Continuing to be a real joy to me. I've been loving the calls and interaction. Just feels great to be surrounded by guys legit leveling up in life.

Couple highlights from the exclusive content this week:

  • How video games taught me to maintain flow and natural progress even when you run into inner blocks and negative emotions
  • A new way to conceptualize work that has been helping me nearly double my productivity lately

If you're looking to take your masculine development seriously, we'd love to have you join us:
